The success in the smallest Variety of Poodles the Toy Poodle started over Thirty-Five years ago. For this reason they have a very special place in the heart as they were the first of the Varieties, they are also in my opinion the hardest for you have to get all that type with a good head and eye into 10 or 11 inches where ever you may live.
I brought out to Australia with me Am & Bermuda Ch.Cowans Magi & Tourterelle along with Ch.Cowans Mr Pepys. Tourterelle went on to win over 25 B.I.S. All Breeds & Specialty B.I.S. Then we added to our Kennel the beautiful Ch. Francelle My Felicity who totally won one over on first meeting. She went on to be one of Australia's great Toy Poodles winning multi B.I.S. and multi Specialty B.I.S. At this point we must thank the late Pearl Darley for letting us have this great lady.
We imported Eng & Aust. Ch. Montmartre Marmion Of Montflair who bred to Felicity produced the outstanding toy Ch. Troymere The Way We Were (Barbie) another all time great in Australia. Felicity also produced Ch. Troymere Achievement also by Marmion.
Her son Ch. Troymere Achievementman went to the United States were he became a top producer and is behind so many top toys in the U.S including the outstanding Am Ch. Jomega Ellusive Dream an all time favorite of ours.
Barbie produced another great bitch of ours Ch. Troymere Hall Of Fame a specialty B.I.S winner. At this point I must acknowledge Marmion who became a top producer in Australia with many Champions to his credit and to Mrs. E. Conn of the U.K. breeding him and Malcom Ackers for sending him to us, he really had a special place in our hearts.
With the infusion of Mion and our American Imports Am & Aust.Ch. Trebor Belagio (Imp.USA) & Am & Aust. Ch. Carilyn's Shyanne (ImpUSA) these two together have now produced the outstanding young dog Troymere Al Pacino who on his first week-end out went back to back Dog Challenge at 7 months. Belagio's first son Ch. Troymere Versace is a Group & B.I.S winner.
We can never thank our respected friend Gary Wittmeir for letting us have Belagio who produces such fantastic type and beauty.
